1. Shipping in UK

For shipping services within the UK, we offer free shipping. This means all you would have to bother with is the cost of the product(s) you bought. From our warehouse right to your home, we pay for any shipping cost incurred as long as you live within the UK. In order to meet the satisfaction of customers we also ensure that we process orders that are placed before 2PM daily. Once processed – a process done with speed and efficiency – we ship the product(s) on the same day. If the weight of the total parcel is less than 2kg, we will use the services of Royal Mail Untracked Business Post to send the package. Parcels with weights greater than 2kg will be shipped with the most efficient and economical shipping provider but are usually sent on a Next Working Day delivery to most parts of the UK. 2. Shipping in Europe

To cater for our customers outside the UK catchment areas, we have decided to reduce our shipping rates to selected European countries. Irrespective of the quantity of products you buy, you will be charged the same £9.99. Countries included for this service outside the UK are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

For countries not listed for this service but within the European zone, a capped shipping cost of £16.99 will apply.
