When you click a product’s Add to basket button, the item is added to your basket in the top-right of the site, shown as a number of items. Hover or click the basket button to see what’s inside; click the small ✕ next to a product to remove it. When you’re ready, click Checkout to register, sign in, or buy as a guest and pay for your products.

Natural Juices is committed to premium quality, highest-value supplements coupled with industry-leading customer service. Our team is on hand six days a week (Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm) to take orders and answer questions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange policy.

Ordering is quick, easy and safe. Either search for a product using the search box, or browse the categories at the top of the page. Once you’ve found what you want, select your option (size/price) and click Add to basket. Open your basket to adjust quantities, then select Checkout to place your order. You can also order by phone on 0207 205 2477 (9am–8pm, Mon–Sat).

Orders received before 2:30pm are usually dispatched the same working day; later orders go out the next working day. UK orders under 2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail (allow 2–3 days); orders over 2kg go via courier for next-working-day delivery. If you’re not in, the courier will try a neighbour or leave a card and re-attempt the next working day. Europe: allow up to 21 days. Rest of world: allow up to 28 days. Please contact us if your UK order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (14 for Royal Mail).

Yes. We take online security very seriously. All card purchases are processed by a PCI-compliant card processor — we never store card numbers or CVV codes on our website. All data sent to our site is encrypted (look for the padlock in your browser). We use trusted payment providers including PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to pay, and any displayed debit or credit card can be used.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange. Please enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return and, for an exchange, the item you’d like instead (plus payment for any cost difference). Every £1.00 spent earns you 1 point, where 1 point equals £0.01. You can redeem points each time you shop, subject to a minimum of 100 points per transaction. We don’t currently offer gift vouchers.

Orders placed before 2:30pm are usually dispatched the same working day, so contact us as soon as possible on 0207 205 2477 (9am–8pm, Mon–Sat) if you wish to cancel or change an order. We can’t always guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

It’s common for orders to be split by the postal service — you may receive part one day and the rest the next. If there’s a problem with an individual product, it won’t hold up the rest of your order. If anything’s missing after delivery, just get in touch.

On completing your order online, we send an automated email with your order reference number and full details of what you’ve ordered.

To create an account, click Sign up and enter your name, email and address. Once registered you can amend your details, address book and password from your account page. Forgotten your password? You can reset it from the login page, or contact us at contact@naturaljuices.co.uk if you can’t remember your email address.
